When I began this collection, I felt that I really wished to specialize as to the type of postcards I wished to show here.
Like my U.S. Highway postcard collection, I wished the cards to be the "standard size" (3 1.2" x 5 1/2") and to be in a horizontal format.
In addition, I wished to have the description of the location shown on the front of the card.
As some of these Parks, Monuments and Memorials no longer exist, or the names have been changed, it's possible that I may not be able to find a card for each location.
Also, some locations may be to new to have had "standard size" postcards produced for those locations. In those cases, I'll have to use the modern sized, 4" x 6" cards.
