MILITARY ISSUE PLATES

Presently (June 2010), there are twenty-four (24) different Military Issue License Plates available in Michigan. on five (5) different bases (the Medal of Honor has two different bases).

This is down from twenty-six (26) different types, as WORLD WAR ONE (WWI) and the PANAMA CONFLICT have been removed.

The latest two (2) are the Afghanistan Conflict Veteran and the Iraq Conflict Veteran, which were first issued beginning in June 2008.
