Why were these issued this way ?
Below are examples of the color of validation stickers for the year of use, including a photo.
In the boxes below this chart are examples of some wrong colored validation stickers being used on valid license plates. Why ? Who knows...................but,
The probable answer ? Someone put the incorrect spool of sticker material in the office printer, or forgot to change the spool after using it to make one sticker for some reason.
