The two different types of Cayman Islands 599th Anniversary (1503-2003) Special Optional License Plates "Celebrate Cayman"

Evidently there were complaints regarding the legibility of the plate on the left (Q0655) because of the blue on the letters and numerals.  From what I'm told, these plates were then recalled and new plates were issued with white lettering and numbering (Q1313).
