LET THE BUILDING BEGIN

24801 Carleton West Road

New Boston, Sumpter Township, Wayne County, Michigan

If you are considering having a modular home built, PLEASE read the following regarding the problems we had with ALL-AMERICAN HOMES and LONG'S TRI-COUNTY HOMES.

DO NOT CONSIDER thwem at all, or you're just asking for problems.

READ THIS

Well, we're well into the building our new home, and it's been a total NIGHTMARE !!!!

Wish I had done this 40 years ago, learned my lesson, and never, ever, even thought about doing it again.

First things first  -  DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER AN All AMERICAN Modular Home.  This is the modular home built by All American Homes, LLC, with a web site at:

http://www.allamericanhomes.com

And DO NOT contract with a company named LONG'S TRI-COUNTY HOMES, Inc, of Marlette, Michigan.

They have a web site at:   http://www.longstricountyhomes.com/

They also sell PINNACLE Modular Homes, iBS Modular Homes, CHAMPION Homes, HART Homes, FORTUNE Homes and FREINDSHIP Homes.

If you do, you'll be sorry you did, just as I am.

More on this later.

I'll start with photos of the existing home, and then progress from there.

Below are photos of the storage container which was delivered Monday, April 29th, 2002.   It is 40 feet long, 8 feet wide and 8 feet tall.  We'll have to store everything that is presently in the house in this container until the new home is done.

This is a photo taken a few hours before the container was delivered
