At some time between the 57th Convention in 1989 (see photo above), and the 73rd Convention in |Burlington, Vermont in 2006, the numbering system for the International Convention got out of whack. A site on the Internet states: August 27-31, 2006
Hopefully, as other AAMVA license plates are located, we'll be able to determine where the numbers got out of whack. |
